Esplana Family Reunion 2009

On the 28th of December, we had our maternal side family reunion in Manila. Woke up early that day so that we can reach there on time. Hahaha. We had to make 'luwas' (right Mu? :P).

Unfortunately, my Dad had to work so he wasn't with us. :( But in any case, it was fun fun fun! Oh by the way, the theme this year was Red and White. So we all had to wear red and white. :)

We arrived at lunch time. :)

We started with games for the kids! Haha.

After that was the Annual Dance Contest! Haha.



First up, Team Cavite (the province where they stay at LOL) they were eventually the 1st runner-up :)



And then Team Muntinlupa who got 2nd runner-up.

Team Batangas! :P (Defending Champions for the past dunno how many years :P)

We practiced at 11pm the night before. LOL!



It was quite funny lah. Haha.

We then had the Annual KTV Singing Competition! LOL But this time we made it slightly different. ;)

Basically, the host will randomly press the numbers on the KTV machine so there's a high chance that the contestant will not know the song! Haha. And the judging was based on the KTV machine itself. The grade that the machine gives will be the grade that the contestant gets. Haha. So the highest grade wins! :)



The contest has started. And really, we all did not know the songs that were picked =X



It was my turn. =X I got 'Munting Pangarap' (translated as Small Dream) by Aegis =S



I did not know the song so I was really just trying to follow the tune. But guess what, I got 94 and was the highest so I won. ROFL =X

It was really funny hearing all of us sing some weird songs that came out. Hahaha.

After the reunion, the youngsters (us! :P) went over to Alabang Town Centre to catch a last full show for a movie. Since we have already watched 'Ang Tanging Ina N'yong Lahat', we decided to watch Iskul Bukol. Which was a complete waste of time. =S It was super lame and we all slept inside the cinema =X

Oh well. It was still a great time spent with them. :)
